研究方向

1.植物跨膜离子转运:以拟南芥为模式植物,研究Na+(K+)/H+反向交换体离子转运的生化特性和调节机理及其在离子平衡,pH调节和植物耐盐胁迫方面的生物学功能。

2.生物膜融合:以酵母和拟南芥为模式生物,研究膜微囊转运(vesicle trafficking)和生物膜融合(membrane fusion)的分子机理及其在信号转导和蛋白质分拣过程中的作用。
