   1996.10-1997.12:作为访问学者在瑞典哥德堡大学细胞与分子生物学系学习。

工作经历

1982.1-至今:先后在兰州大学生物系(生命科学学院)任助教、讲师、副教授和教授,主要从事细胞与分子生物学方面的教学与研究工作;

2001.06-2001.08:作为访问学者在瑞典哥德堡大学细胞与分子生物学系进行合作研究;

1999.10-2000.12:作为访问学者在瑞典哥德堡大学细胞与分子生物学系学习与合作研究。

教学及指导研究生情况

  本科生教学

先后为本科生讲授了“细胞生物学”、“细胞生物学实验”、“遗传学实验”、“细胞免疫学” 和“生物显微技术”等课程,其主讲的“细胞生物学”被评为甘肃省高等学校精品课程。先后主持兰州大学教务处教学研究项目5项,发表教学研究论文3篇,在高教出版社出版教材1部。

  研究生教学与指导情况

先后为研究生开设了“细胞工程与分子操作”、“植物分子细胞生物学专题” 和 “细胞生物学进展”等课程。指导硕士、博士研究生57名,已毕业46人,目前在读博士生3人、硕士生8人。

项目成果

先后主持国家级、省部级等研究项目10多项,如“Knox基因在花卉植物中的遗传导入”、“T-DNA插入诱发的拟南芥茎顶端分生组织突变体相关基因的功能分析”、“应用蛋白质组学方法研究山黧豆的抗旱分子机制” 等科研项目已经结题。

目前主持的在研项目:

拟南芥AtHSPR新基因的耐盐功能及其分子机理研究,国家自然科学基金(31270304),2013.1-2016.12。

主要参与的科研项目:

新型气体信号分子硫化氢(H2S)增强植物耐受水涝低氧胁迫机制的研究,国家自然科学基金(31670254),2017.1-2020.12。

荣誉、获奖

    1. 20032004年两度被评为兰州大学生科院“三育人”先进个人;

    2. 2004年被评为兰州大学“师德标兵”;

    3. 2005年主讲的《细胞生物学》被评为甘肃省精品课程;

    4. 2009年被评为兰州大学“之德”创新基金优秀指导教师;

    5. 2012年获得兰州大学“隆基教学名师”奖;
