研究方向

1、植物耐寒抗冻生理与分子生物学机理。以拟南芥和冰缘植物高山离子芥为材料,主要研究油菜素内酯、一氧化氮和CBF信号通路。

2、生物信息学。主要以R语言和BioConductor软件包为工具,使用实验室自主获得及公共的芯片和转录组数据,研究植物耐寒抗冻的信号传递及转录调控网络。我们热诚希望对生物学感兴趣且有R语言、Matlab、Phython或Perl语言基础的学生加入到本实验室参与相关研究与开发工作。
