研究方向

植物耐寒抗冻机理。主要从以下两方面开展研究工作:

1、实验研究:以拟南芥和冰缘植物高山离子芥为材料,使用生理、分子生物学和遗传学等方法探讨植物耐寒抗冻的生理与分子机制。欢迎有植物生理与分子生物学基础的同学加入。

2、信息分析:以R语言、Matlab或Python等计算机语言为工具,应用网络科学与系统生物学方法探讨植物耐寒抗冻的可能机理。欢迎有相关计算机或数学基础的同学加入。
