研究方向
课题组目前主要从事以G蛋白偶联受体为靶点的生物活性多肽在肿瘤发生发展过程的作用机制研究。
(一)G蛋白偶联受体在肿瘤细胞中的多信号转导机制及其在肿瘤生长转移中的调控作用;
(二)靶向G蛋白偶联受体的新型肿瘤治疗药物研究;
(三)非天然氨基酸在多肽药物构效关系研究中的应用。
