研究方向
盐碱胁迫抑制植物的生长发育,造成作物减产。植物通过信号的感知和转导调控功能基因,在形态、生理和分子水平适应盐碱胁迫。植物根据胁迫发生的时间、空间和强度,主动将能量在胁迫防御和生长发育之间动态平衡分配,以提高生活史的完成质量。揭示胁迫下“抗逆”和“发育”二者的协调机制是创制抗盐碱作物品种的有效途径。课题组因此有针对性地开展以下研究工作:
1、以拟南芥为材料,利用GWAS、组学方法和突变体库筛选等途径鉴定参与调控植物盐碱胁迫适应性的关键基因;
2、以拟南芥和玉米为材料,利用遗传学、分子生物学、生物化学和细胞生物学等方法解析基因功能,揭示调控机理;
3、利用现代生物技术改良玉米盐碱抗性相关性状,培育抗盐碱玉米育种新材料
