教学情况

指导硕士生9人,5人已毕业,协助指导博士生3名(已毕业,高校任职);

担任2017级本科生学业导师;

主讲本科生课程《结构生物学》、《生命伦理学》;

主讲研究生课程《电镜结构生物学》、《结构生物学导论》。

研究方向

本实验室主要应用分子生物学、生物化学、冷冻电镜三维重构技术等技术手段对以下问题进行研究:

1. 炎症标识蛋白CRP在进化过程中功能差异与结构的关系;

2. 先天免疫中发挥重要作用的补体蛋白与其调控蛋白互作的分子机制,病原体入侵宿主致病的分子机制;

3. 致病菌侵染宿主的结构基础及分子机制。
